Following on from the success of oneNDA, a community-led, standardized NDA initiative, Electra Japonas and her team decided to launch a platform where lawyers can come along to collaborate on creating common standards, sharing knowledge and accessing templates, for free. Electra is a former in-house lawyer, founder of tlb and co-founder of oneNDA and Claustack. Having worked with legal contracts for 14 years, Electra understands they're broken. They take too long, cost too much and make salespeople angry. Electra also knows that the only way to fix them is to create consensus between the legal community so we can all agree to agree on the same standards.
